About Us
Nanhe Pakshi —
Giving Wings to Hope
Nanhe Pakshi is not just an NGO; it’s a heartfelt mission that began on 9th August 2018, led by a woman with a vision – Mrs. Pallavi Kashyap Singh, a proud alumna of Delhi University. With a spirit rooted in compassion and over a decade of experience in social service, she embarked on this journey with just a handful of college-going students who believed in bringing change, one child at a time.
What started small has today grown into a strong family of over 2,500 dedicated volunteers, many of whom are passionate youth from Delhi University and IP University. Standing beside her is Mr. Shubham Sharma, the Vice President, who shares the same dream and commitment to the cause.

At Nanhe Pakshi, our focus is clear — to uplift and empower underprivileged children and their families by helping them discover how beautiful life can be. We don’t just teach academics; we teach moral values, ethics, love, and hope. We believe that every child has the right to dream, to smile, and to become something meaningful through hard work and consistent effort.
Mrs. Pallavi is not only the founder but also the soul and strength of Nanhe Pakshi. Her relentless dedication, emotional connection with every child, and deep belief in the power of youth make this NGO a beacon of light in many lives.
Nanhe Pakshi is not just a name — it is a movement of hearts, dreams, and efforts — one small step at a time. We invite you to be part of our journey. Whether you want to teach, spread awareness, feed a hungry soul, or simply share your time — we welcome you with open arms.
Together, let’s give wings to those who wish to fly.
Core Mission and Visions
At Nanhe Pakshi, our mission is to bring hope, dignity, and opportunity to those who need it most. We are a growing NGO dedicated to transforming lives through education, health, and compassion. We believe every child deserves a school bag, not a burden—which is why we have successfully helped over 45,000+ students get school admissions since 2018, while nurturing their moral values and personal growth. In our health and hygiene initiatives, we stand beside BPL families, raising awareness and creating sustainable change. And through Happy Tails, we extend our love and care to voiceless stray animals, ensuring they are fed, protected, and treated with the kindness they deserve. Our vision is a society where no child is left behind, no family unheard, and no animal unseen.

Bringing dignity, education, and compassion to every child, family, and forgotten voice—one life at a time.
